If you do not have online access, you may complete them at the clinic. Please discuss this with me in advance and arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for completion. - Pre-Visit Information: Review the details sent to you the day before your visit. - Attire: For acupuncture, wear clothes that are easy to remove. For Shiatsu, opt for loose, comfortable clothing. - Eating Recommendations: Avoid arriving on an empty stomach, but also try not to eat immediately before your treatment. **Cancellation Policy** Please be aware of the following cancellation terms: - On the day of your treatment: A 50% fee (equivalent to your prepayment deposit) will apply, and your deposit will not be refunded. - 24 hours before your treatment: No cancellation fee will be charged.
