About Eri
A New Chapter in Baule, France
I grew up in the village of Niigata, nestled in the rural northwest of Japan, surrounded by the beauty of the sea, mountains, and expansive rice farms. After spending twenty vibrant years in the bustling city of London, I am thrilled to embark on the next chapter of my life by opening my new clinic in the quiet and serene town of Baule, France.
Discover the Power of Traditional Eastern Medicine
As a Shiatsu, acupuncture, and soon-to-be Chinese herbal medicine practitioner, I’ve seen firsthand how Traditional Eastern Medicine can transform lives, including my own—improving health, aiding recovery from illness, and balancing emotions.
While Traditional Eastern Medicine can often relieve certain discomfort and symptoms, I’m especially keen on a holistic approach that addresses the root cause, supporting physical, emotional, and mental well-being for lasting wellness.
I am passionate about creating a safe, healing space and guiding you on a journey with these time-tested natural remedies. Join me at my new clinic—online or in person—where ancient wisdom meets modern life. I can’t wait to welcome you!

My Training & Education
Exploring Oriental
Healing Arts
In the early stages of my training and practice in oriental healing arts, I was particularly drawn to healing methods that focus on the physical level. My journey began with an exploration of dietary therapy and various forms of bodywork, including Shiatsu, Thai massage, reflexology, yoga, and Tai Chi. Among these, I found Shiatsu to be most aligned with myself and my practice of Eastern medicine, particularly Meridian theory. With over a decade of experience, I continue to deepen my skill and mastery of Shiatsu.
Expanding Passion for Healing
My passion for healing expanded when I delved into acupuncture, where I encountered the emotional and psychological dimensions of Chinese Medicine. This inspired me to focus on treating mental and emotional challenges through Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. I trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM), renowned for its integrated approach that addresses both physical and psychological issues, with a special emphasis on identifying the deeper root causes of illness within the psyche. I have gained a Bachelor's degree in Science with Honours (BSc Hons) in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a license in acupuncture, and completed 400 hours of clinical experience.
Further Advanced
Training
To further refine my skills and expertise, as well as to deepen my interest in internal medicine and Chinese herbs, I pursued advanced studies in Chinese herbal medicine at the Northern College of Acupuncture (NCA). This postgraduate course not only strengthened my Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnostic and treatment skills but also equipped me to think critically and practice as an evidence-based clinician.
Integrative Healing
Approach
Chinese herbal medicine, Shiatsu, and acupuncture work together to address symptoms that may not be fully resolved by any single approach. By harnessing the benefit of all these techniques, I am able to offer comprehensive treatments for a wide range of conditions, with a particular focus on chronic illnesses. This holistic approach allows me to provide more effective and lasting solutions for my clients.
